Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Specialist to join our team. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to our staff. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Provide technical support to employees, addressing their IT-related queries and issues.
    Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, diagnosing problems and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure data security and integrity by implementing and maintaining backup systems and security measures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in IT support or a similar role.
